Role & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for talent acquisition including but not limited to recruitment & related acquisition planning and networking
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing the candidates
  • Identify hiring needs and develop effective strategies that build diverse talent pipelines to meet business needs and to ensure effectiveness in acquiring talents in the market
  • Involve in branding activities and collaborate with external organizations on different projects to raise brand awareness
  • Participate in various innovative talent acquisition and HR projects
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior



  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Solid exposure in talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, campus recruitment, etc.
  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven with strong planning, organizing and project management skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, flexible, committed, and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Human Resources
