The New World Group Virtual Internship Programme is a 2-month internship programme which will have the majority of the programme to be through a virtual and online basis, while also including a number of business site visits to allow the Interns to immerse themselves on site and to understand more about the Group's strategy and its businesses (e.g. CSV visits, etc.). Interns will be provided plenty of learning opportunities and engagements with our Group companies to gain excellent exposure and experience through this brand new form of internship.
Outstanding performers will potentially have the first access to join the "My New World Journey 2.0" Campaign for further engagements and development opportunities with New World Group in the future.
Creating Shared Value (CSV) at New World
Creating Shared Value (CSV) is understanding the needs of the communities where we operate, leveraging our assets and strengths to serve such needs, while creating new innovations and business opportunities for the company. CSV is a value creating process, SHARED among STAKEHOLDERS
Traditionally, the first priority of the commercial sector’s business philosophy has been to focus on the pursuit of profit. As an innovative cultural enterprise, the Group recognizes that corporates have a social responsibility to contribute to the wider community, and this larger purpose does not mean profits will be forgotten. We are committed to strike a balance between delivering returns for our shareholders, and responding to the needs and interests of all our stakeholders. By striving to achieve this balance, and by making it sustainable, corporations and society will truly thrive together. This concept of CSV has the power to unleash and generate greater innovation and business growth for businesses while creating infinitely scalable and self-sustaining solutions to our society’s most pressing problems.
