NWT wins five Customer Relationship Excellence Awards

New World Telecommunications Limited ("NWT") recently won five awards at the "Customer Service Excellence (CRE) Awards 2007", including "High Speed Customer Service of the Year (Telecommunications)" for the third consecutive year and "Best Use of Knowledge Management of the Year (Telecommunications)" for the first time. What's more, Ken Chung, Senior Supervisor, Customer Service of NWT was awarded "Customer Service Team Leader of the Year (Contact Center)"; while Yuki Wan and Ada Chen both received merit awards for "Customer Service Professional of the Year (Contact Center)". 

Dr Norman Wai, Managing Director of NWT, said, "it is our honour to receive CRE Awards again. The outstanding achievement not only serves as recognition of our dedicated effort in customer service, but also encourages our professional team's continual pursuit in service excellence. Looking ahead, we strive to effectively provide customer-focused, reliable communication solutions and managed services with the highest customer satisfaction. 

Since 2002, Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) has been organizing the CRE Awards annually, aiming to promote service quality and customer service excellence across the Asia Pacific region, and to recognize outstanding customer service professionals.
