NWT’s new "Online Customer Service" brings customer service to a new level

New World Telecommunications Limited ("NWT"), the next generation IP and telecom service provider, announced the launch of its brand new "Online Customer Service" on its corporate website (www.newworldtel.com). This allows customers to enjoy more premium and convenient services over the Internet, 24 hours a day.

Customers can now perform a variety of online services anytime, anywhere through the revamped online service platform, including bill enquiry, bill payment, service subscription and account information update.

York Mok, Chief Operating Officer of NWT, said, "People are very busy nowadays. They need the flexibility of obtaining services at a time convenient to them. As a result, more and more industries are adopting online services to deliver their service. We have developed the 'Online Customer Service' platform, aiming to handle customers' enquiries immediately through our corporate website. This definitely helps elevate the overall customer service level, enabling customers to enjoy faster and more convenient service." 

"Online Customer Service", on one hand, brings customers the ultimate convenience of online services support; on the other hand, it allows NWT to provide better, all-rounded service levels for its services.

"Currently, customers call our hotline for all sort of service enquiries. With the 'Online Customer Service' platform, we will be increasing the channels through which customers can be served, faster and more conveniently. We expect that in a year, 30% of our customers will use our 'Online Customer Service', enabling us to improve the customer services of our next generation telecom products, and to enhance our overall customer services level drastically," added Mr. Mok.

From now till 11 July 2007, upon usage of any one of the following online customer services for the first time, all current and new customers will earn one entry for the lucky draw to win fabulous prizes, including Apple iPod Nano, Sony Cybershot DSC-T10 digital camera and Sony Ericsson W850i handset.
