Exquisite MICHELIN delicacies at Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant

Drawing on an enduring passion for the traditional culinary arts, Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre ("HKCEC") has been providing guests with exceptional Cantonese delicacies for over 10 years. The restaurant is situated alongside Golden Bauhinia Square, right on the edge of Victoria Harbour, and guests can enjoy a stunning outlook across these two famous attractions through the venue's floor-to-ceiling windows. Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant was recently declared a "Bib Gourmand" restaurant in the 2012 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau, an award indicating it is an inspector's favourite for good value. To celebrate this recognition, Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant Head Chef Ho Hau-yuen has designed an "Exquisite MICHELIN Delicacies Menu". The menu includes a fine selection of mouth-watering delights such as Chef Ho's Double-boiled Soup, Pan-fried Prawns with Sweet and Sour Chilli Sauce, Sautéed Ox-tongue and Shallots with Black Bean Sauce, Braised Giant Garoupa Belly with Mushroom and Bean Curd Stick, and Poached Garoupa Fillet with Fish Stock. Prices start from HK$95. The "Exquisite MICHELIN Delicacies Menu" is on offer until 31 May 2012.
