I joined New World Group as a management trainee in 2011; indeed, it was a very good start. Since joining the Group, I have been given numerous training opportunities and great exposure which allow me to understand and fit in the corporate culture.

Here, we never lack opportunities to explore and showcase our talents. One thing I could never forget is that we were asked to make a presentation to top management after our first six months here. To prepare ourselves for the presentation, we went through a lot of brainstorming sessions and research. While we were pleased with our performance, it was the the process of learning  a lot it that we found most enjoyable and valuable.

The Group fosters a continuous learning culture and provides systematic training and development programmes under New World University to support employees' training and career development needs. The Group also offers education and training sponsorships to support lifelong learning. With an annual education subsidy of HK$10,000, I took a social media marketing course and a computer graphic course last year.

I truly believe that New World Group places strong emphasis on talent development. I feel that I have made a lot of progress in the past two years, and shall continue to strive to deliver the best!
