With a culture of continuous learning, a comprehensive training platform is provided to support personal and organisational development. Regular workshops are held for professional staff to hone their technical skills and cultivate a corporate mindset. For instance, annual accounting and tax seminars not only keep me abreast of the latest knowledge on the topic, but also help me fulfill the continuing development requirements for my professional accounting qualification.

The Annual Group Management Forum is another occasion on which we are inspired by valuable insights shared by renowned industry speakers and scholars. At the forum, participants also have the opportunity to exchange views with members from other Group companies and present their views on certain topics.

To further develop myself, I am looking forward to joining the mini-EMBA education under New World University, such as the New World Star Executive Development Programme and the Accelerating Management Talent Programme provided by the Ivey Business School – Asia, to further strengthen my leadership, management skills, business vision and international perspective, which are qualities necessary for successors of New World Group’s future management.
