are complementary to the Group's core operations.
- New World Telecommunications Limited
New World Telecommunications Limited ("NWT") has transformed from a traditional
telecom carrier into a next generation IP and telecom service provider, offering
a portfolio of voice, data and content services to both business customers and consumers.
NWT proactively partners with local and global IT and telecom powerhouses, as well
as content providers, to extend its service portfolio and global reach. To enable
high-speed and reliable Internet connections, NWT also joins hands with major local
broadband service providers in establishing Private Internet Peering Agreement.
- New World China Enterprises Projects Limited
New World China Enterprises Projects Limited (“NWCEP”) focuses on making strategic
investments in high growth companies with listing potential. NWCEP invests in companies
in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan involving in sectors such as industrial
manufacturing, consumer goods production, production management and retail distribution
chain stores, etc. NWCEP not only acts as investment manager for the Group's industrial
projects but also acts as project manager for a China-focused private equity fund,
New World Liberty China Ventures Limited. The current total amount of investment
of NWCEP is about US$186 million for over 20 projects.

- New World TMT Limited
New World TMT Limited ("NWTMT") is the telecom, media and technology investment
arm of the Group. NWTMT's portfolio contains more than 30 innovative projects in
the TMT sectors in Mainland China and the Asia Pacific Region. The focus is to create
a compelling mix of sound investment position by capitalizing on the convergence
of TMT applications and the enforcement of synergy with other companies of the Group.
